“Finding Heather was an answered prayer and crucial in making my home birth experience one I would never want to forget. She traveled over an hour one way for every prenatal and postpartum visit. On the night I went into labor, she came to my house at midnight and slept on my couch to be there in case I needed anything, which I did. The whole next day, she helped me work through my labor with massage, pressure points, hip squeezes, making sure I ate and drank, and helping me with positions to progress my labor. She even took the time to keep my family, friends, and midwives updated in an ongoing group chat all along the way so that I didn’t have to worry about responding to texts and calls.
