It is my goal to share my knowledge and use my experience to guide you through your pregnancy, labor and postpartum period, leaving you empowered and ready to take on parenthood!  As my doula instructor says, "I am an option fairy".  That's what I want to be for each person that I work with.

My career has taken different paths over the years.  I started with social services and then moved on to nursing education.  What did remain the same is my desire to help people.  Now I am called to serve people during one of the most important moments of their lives.

God has blessed me with two amazing boys.  I have loved every step of pregnancy, birth and babies.  I welcome every day and each person with an open mind and open heart.
