Postpartum Support

The Fourth Trimester begins at birth and continues to approximately 12 weeks postpartum. It can be more challenging than the birth itself and often does not get the needed attention.

Hormones are changing rapidly, new parents are sleep deprived, and birthing persons are trying to recover after significant changes.  So much focus is given to the new baby, it is important to remember that quality self-care benefits the entire family.
